Pool Spa Maintenance Specialist
Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pool and Spa Maintenance Specialist for a entry-level position to join our growing team.

Job Duties:
- Managing a weekly route that includes thorough cleaning, treatment, and maintenance of swimming pools and spas for Thatcher customers in Southeastern Minnesota and Iowa
- Filling out detailed notes after each job and tracking of products used
- Direct communication with customers on chemical and service needs
- Completing minor repair work
- Billing and Invoicing weekly for jobs
- Regular check-ins with service scheduler to communicate customer & service needs
- Performing follow-up visits on problematic pools or spas as needed
- Inventory management of chemicals and maintenance items in vehicle and customer homes. Inventory correction as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Self-starting
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- Experience managing your own schedule
- High school degree or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to utilize a smart phone and laptop for our mobile operations platform
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Sit, stand, and squat repeatedly
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license

Hours: 40-45 per week, Monday through Friday
Compensation: Starting at $20.00/ hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
