Thatcher Hotel is looking for a fun, outgoing, and energetic individual to join our team as a Cafe Barista and Hospitality Host. This is a dynamic, guest-facing role perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Cafe Duties:
- Prepare and prep cafe food items daily (food prep is required)
- Make coffee, beverages, and light bites
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
- restock supplies
- Assist with cafe-related events and activities
Hospitality Host Duties:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out
- Respond to guest needs and ensure a comfortable stay
- Support hotel operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:

- A dependable team player who takes direction well and follows through on tasks

Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends, some weekdays, and occasional holidays
- Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy periods
Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
