Transportation Safety Coordinator II
Jon Duties Include (but not limited to)
- Maintaining Driver Qualification files.
- Maintaining Equipment Permits (LCV, Hazmat, etc.).
- Coordinate driver training (MSHA, customer site-specific).
- Maintain driver expiring events calendar (driver’s licenses, DOT Physicals, etc.).
- Assist in ordering specialized driver PPE.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly hours reports.
- Review ELD Harsh incidents and HOS.
Preferred Experience
- A CDL with TX Endorsements
- The ability to Pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Experience maintaining DOT files.
- Accident/Incident investigation experience.
- Some College or post-high school training.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with DOT regulations, Hours of Service (ELD) and Hazmat compliance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.
- Two years of Transportation experience.
- Good organization and prioritization skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
