As a DSP, you will be at the heart of that mission—empowering individuals to develop life skills, build independence, and connect with their community in meaningful ways.
What You’ll Do:
Support individuals in daily activities such as volunteering, healthy living, job skills, and community involvement
Help create and implement personalized activity plans that promote personal growth and goal achievement
Assist with transportation to activities and appointments
Ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of participants
Write and transcribe progress notes to track individual achievements.
