Key Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings
- Prepare bouquets, centerpieces, and custom floral installations
- Condition and care for fresh flowers and greenery
- Assist with event setup and breakdown when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with clients or team members on custom designs
- Manage floral inventory and assist with flower preparation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in floral design or flower shop work preferred
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Knowledge of flower types, seasonal availability, and care techniques
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling floral tools
