Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Tree Climber to join our growing crew. The ideal candidate has experience in tree climbing, rigging, and chainsaw operation—or a strong desire to learn. You’ll be responsible for performing safe and efficient tree trimming, removals, and ground support as part of a close-knit, hardworking team.
Responsibilities:
- Climb trees safely using ropes, saddles, and proper techniques
- Perform pruning, removals, and aerial rigging with attention to detail and safety
- Operate chainsaws, pole saws, and other tree-care equipment
- Communicate clearly with crew members during climbs and ground operations
- Assist with cleanup, chipper operation, and hauling brush and logs
- Inspect and maintain climbing gear and tools
- Follow company and industry safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- 1 year of professional tree climbing experience (preferred but not required – will train the right person)
- Ability to safely use chainsaws and hand tools
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in Florida conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating lifts, chippers, and stump grinders
- Familiarity with rigging systems and knots
- ISA certification or safety training (a plus, not required)

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
