Multimedia & Digital Design Intern

That's So Creative, LLC is looking for a highly skilled Media & Content Creation Intern who produces scroll-stopping content fast and with flair. You'll be creating infographics, graphics, reels, carousels, and other digital content for our clients.
This role is for someone who doesn't just make things look good, they understand why design choices work, what's trending in the market, and how to adapt creative quickly across formats and industries.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce a high volume of content, including infographics, social media graphics, reels, carousels, short-form video, and digital ads, quickly and at a high quality bar.
- Create content tailored to each client's brand voice, audience, and industry aesthetic.
- Stay actively aware of design trends, platform-specific content formats, and what's performing well in the market across industries.
- Adapt designs rapidly based on feedback and evolving client needs.
- Support event branding, email newsletters, presentations, and website content as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and project files.
- Collaborate with the creative team in weekly meetings and contribute ideas for fresh, on-trend content approaches.
What We're Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, Film/Video Production, or a related field.
- Proven ability to produce polished, creative content quickly, speed, and quality are both non-negotiable.
- Strong proficiency in design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar.
- Experience creating reels and short-form video content; video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar) are a strong plus.
- A sharp eye for current design trends and the ability to apply them across different industries and brand styles.
- Understanding of social media platforms and what types of content perform best on each (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Highly creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work in a hybrid model (onsite remote); available for weekly team meetings.
