Company Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage the transportation of finished goods to our customers.

· Track and monitor shipments daily or as necessary to ensure on-time deliveries.

· Work with freight brokers directly and via their portals for quotation purposes.

· Review all BOL's and Commercial Invoices for accuracy.

· Resolve any issues with lost or damaged shipments and/or late pickup or drop-offs.

· Maintain a well-organized archive of BOL’s and Proof of Deliveries for all shipments.

· Communicate effectively with multiple departments on shipping schedules and/or delays.

· Update an ERP system with relevant data per shipment.

· Assist the Director of Operations with Freight Analysis as necessary.

Requirements:

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· ERP experience is strongly preferred.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Previous experience in a logistics and/or supply chain environment is required.

· Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and terminology.
