Production Lead
Duties and Responsibilities
· Understand and be able to operate and troubleshoot all equipment
· Demonstrate an ability to understand the production schedule, and ensure the schedule is followed
· Monitor quality standards and perform routine inspections to minimize errors
· Monitor raw materials being utilized in production for accuracy
· Identify issues in production and raise concerns when necessary
· Train new employees on equipment operation, production procedures, safety practices, and quality expectations
· Ensure all company policies including GMP, PPE, Food Safety, Safety and Sanitation are followed
· Ensure all employees adhere to Food Safety guidelines
· Coach employees on company policies and procedures
· Coordinate with Production Supervisor to ensure smooth operations
· Perform all other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
· 3-5 yrs working in a manufacturing environment preferred
· Experience with machine operations in a manufacturing environment preferred
· Strong communication and team-building skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
Work Environment
· Warehouse and production facility setting
· Exposure to machinery, conveyor systems, and packaging equipment
· Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
· May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on production demands
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
