What You’ll Do:
- Process and support payroll activities in a multi-state environment
- Handle certified payroll and payroll-related responsibilities
- Work with payroll systems and related software
- Support the integration of a new payroll system
- Research and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies
- Maintain accuracy while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
- 2 years of payroll and/or accounting-related experience
- Certified payroll and/or union payroll experience preferred
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive, flexible, team-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable
