About the Role
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position.
You’ll be greeting customers, showing them around our showroom, introducing them to our cabinetry, and helping them get excited about their project. You’ll also assist our designers by coordinating orders, answering calls, and keeping projects moving.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, has great energy, and likes staying busy.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers into the showroom and create a great first impression
- Walk customers through our displays and introduce them to our cabinetry
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with cabinet orders, tracking shipments, and processing claims
- Support the design team with project coordination and follow-up
- Help keep the showroom organized, clean, and ready for customers
