What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at THAT Brewery & Pub?
THAT Brewery & Pub in Pine, AZ is looking for a host/busser to join our fantastic team.
Part-time or can do additional jobs to be full-time (bus, Expo, Prep, barback, etc).
We are located at 3270 N. Hwy 87, Pine Az.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, friendly, patient and reliable.
Some responsibilities for Host/Bus:
- Greeting customers
- Seating customers with proper timing to ensue not overwhelming servers
- Bussing tables
- Sanitize & clean tables, host area, restrooms, etc
- Answering phones
- Taking to go orders
- Stocking
- Taking out trashes
- Inventorying, folding, organizing retail
- Cleaning
- Bringing in empty plates, cups, etc from tables
- Watching for customer satisfaction (do shades need dropped, is music to loud, etc)
- Refilling non all drinks
- Helping expo when available and needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Organization skills in order to keep track of people, servers, table counts, etc.
- Live in the area (Rim Country - Pine, Strawberry, Payson, Star Valley...)
