Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Omaha, NE. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored painting solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, setting up client meetings, preparing estimates, maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism and a customer-first approach while aligning with our mission to deliver joy and trust through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lead generation, consultation, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with problem-solving and persuasion skills
• Knowledge or experience in home improvement, painting services, or a related industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and an ability to work in a technology-driven sales environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently on-site
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or degrees in business or a related field are advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
