A Production associate at That 1 Painter will assist in the successful execution of residential and commercial paint jobs. This role reports to the production manater. This role will conduct tasks such as schuling jobs, ordering supplies, assisting the Project Manager, assessing quality of work, doint touchups and assisting when crews need assistance.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Recruit and manage subcontractors

• Communicating with customers concerning color and other basic

preparations before the job starts

• Ensure jobs are appropriately staffed and materials

• Communicating with Project Managers as needed after the job starts

• Attending and contributing at all staff meetings

• Pursuing strategic relationships on behalf of That 1 Painter (realtors, property managers, etc.)

• Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client's needs and delivering a quality project.

• Help problem-solve with crew leads if problems arise on any project.

• Generate schedules and plans of operation for painting projects.

• Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers.

• Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.

• Network and promote That 1 Painter.

• Pursue strategic relationships on behalf of That 1 Painter (realtors, property managers, roofers, etc…)

Experience Required:

• Two years of experience in Sales or Project Management

• Experience with estimating, customer service

Qualifications:

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, and clients

• Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment; self- motivated

• Superb time management, prioritization, and organization skills

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable

• Ability to accurately estimate product and labor costs

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in using a personal computer, cell phone, and software programs

• Confidence in communicating paint products and services

• Ability to answer complex paint-related questions

Compensation Package:

• Effective performance will yield $30K - $60K (base commision)

Compensation Benefits:

• Two weeks’ vacation (ten days) after a six-month waiting period

Terms for Employment:
