A Territory Manager at That 1 Painter both estimates and manages all their jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitably, and achieving an excellent reputation within the That 1 Painter territory among its customers.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Commission
  • 8% commission on sold projects
  • Monthly Bonuses
  • Yearly Bonuses
  • Gas Card

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales & Estimating: Conduct accurate on-site and virtual estimates for labor and materials, ensuring all quotes are delivered to potential customers within 24 hours.
  • Lead Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle by following up on quotes at least seven times over six months and securing deposits before any work begins.
  • Strategic Networking: Proactively promote the brand and build long-term relationships with realtors, property managers, and industry partners to drive new business.
  • Project Planning: Generate detailed schedules and operational plans in alignment with GM guidance to ensure efficient project workflows.
  • Resource Management: Recruit and manage subcontractors while ensuring every job is appropriately staffed and supplied with necessary materials.
  • Client Coordination: Act as the primary contact for project prep, including color selection and upselling additional services to maximize project value.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor project lifecycles to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers and crew leads to resolve on-site issues and contribute to organizational growth during staff meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: 2 years in Sales or Business Development with a proven track record and high sales acumen.
  • Estimating & Service: Hands-on experience in project estimating, labor/material costing, and high-level customer service.
  • Relationship Management: Expert at building rapport and maintaining effective partnerships with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Operational Drive: Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently in fast-paced settings.
  • Effective Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for addressing complex product questions and service details.
  • Digital Proficiency: Advanced skill in using personal computers, mobile devices, and standard business software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
