What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Program Analyst position at Tharros?
Tharros assists the government to execute engineering and logistics tasks and prepare products in support of Navy Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons, specifically the E-2 C and D Hawkeye system. In support of this mission, Tharros is seeking a Junior Program Analyst located in Lakehurst, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of Navy Aircraft SE program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to SE acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
- Active DoD secret clearance.
- 1-3 years related experience in a business or technical position.
- 4 year degree; 6 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree or 4 years additional work experience and an Associate's degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
