- Develop and test software solutions to ensure quality
- Innovate system designs and improve processes using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with teams and share knowledge through training
- Evaluate and apply relevant technologies aligned with business goals
- Create clear documentation for code, designs, and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years or advanced degree with 1 year of related experience in Computer Science or Engineering
- 2-4 years of technical engineering experience
- Proficiency in full-stack development: Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, Microservices, REST, Kafka/RabbitMQ, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, SQL/NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and their application in analysis and design
- Excellent communication, customer service, analytics, and technical writing skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old
