Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in federal tax credits such as Investment Tax Credit, Production Tax Credit, and emerging credits related to clean energy and manufacturing.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and documenting tax credit projects with technical memoranda and workpapers.
- Establish project management frameworks and support method reviews for revenue recognition, capitalization, and fixed assets.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
- Provide quality assurance, supervise team members, and mentor Associates and Interns.
- Minimum two years of experience in public accounting or corporate taxation.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business field.
- Experience with tax research, credits, case law, and IRS regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple engagements.
