Role: Quality Control Manager (QCM) responsible for leading project-specific quality programs on complex construction projects.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement Quality Control Plans, oversee inspections, testing, and documentation, and manage subcontractor QA/QC performance. Collaborate with project teams, engage with stakeholders, support schedule and constructability issues, and participate in site meetings. Provide mentorship and support safety audits, with occasional additional duties aligned with project management.
Qualifications & Skills: 10 years of construction experience, including 4 years in a dedicated QC role on projects valued at $20M or more. Experience with federal projects, Definable Features of Work, and the Three-Phase Control process. Knowledge of USACE safety and compliance standards, with eligibility for security site access. Proficiency in construction software and inspection tools. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, QCM certification, and experience with complex federal or infrastructure projects.
