Role: Lead Project Engineer overseeing Reactor Internals Design for nuclear reactors, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and project execution.
Responsibilities: Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support design, fabrication, testing, and implementation of reactor internals. Ensure designs meet nuclear safety and quality standards, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and resolve emergent technical issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of project management or engineering leadership experience, and 2 years in power generation. Strong project planning, scheduling (P6 Primavera), technical aptitude in engineering tools, and leadership skills are essential. Experience in nuclear industry and knowledge of reactor components/regulations are highly desirable.
Key Duties: Coordinate technical teams, oversee project milestones, adapt plans to meet objectives, and analyze data for continuous improvement. Must be eligible for U.S. export-controlled information access. Travel up to 10% may be required. The role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and relocation assistance.
