Role Overview

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Key Duties Include

• Modeling excellent customer service practices
• Supporting a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately processing transactions and promoting credit and loyalty programs
• Following merchandising procedures and preparing merchandise for sale
• Participating in store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and shrink reduction efforts
• Supporting team collaboration and providing constructive feedback
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• Flexibility to support business needs and adapt to changing situations
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work effectively with peers and supervisors
