Role Overview: The Fulfillment Operations Team Leader is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience by overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of hourly associates through coaching, training, and performance management. Manage workload planning to meet sales and fulfillment goals, ensuring accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of products. Maintain safety, food quality, and security standards, and support merchandise protection and store compliance. Actively monitor operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements. Support guest services, including order pickup and delivery, and occasionally assume store leadership duties.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old. Prior retail experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and operating technology. Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
