- Lead and participate in floor-care work across client spaces to support high-quality facility appearance.
- Coordinate daily assignments and guide team members in performing tasks to established standards.
- Operate and maintain floor-care equipment.
- Perform floor restoration and maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, and polishing.
- Assist with supplies, support inspections, and report maintenance needs.
- Identify and escalate safety or quality concerns; demonstrate proper procedures.
- Proven experience in floor-care or related custodial/maintenance work.
- Ability to work reliably as part of a team and lead by example.
- Strong communication and respectful client/coworker interaction.
- Good attention to quality and safety practices.
- Comfort maintaining equipment and following procedures.
