They troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, controllers, sensors, and pumps, ensuring reliable operation in AI/HPC environments. The role involves responding to service requests, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting customer training.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot liquid cooling systems and related equipment.
- Respond to onsite service requests, perform repairs, and maintain service records.
- Contribute to technical documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support customer solutions and provide field feedback.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in field service or technical support, preferably in data centers.
- Proficiency in reading electrical/mechanical schematics and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel up to 50%, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Relevant experience with 124/208 VAC and 48 VDC systems.
