Responsibilities: Perform building repairs (flooring, drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing), assist with miscellaneous tasks (hanging items, moving furniture), handle plumbing issues, clean spills and waste, maintain tools and supplies, and ensure cleanliness of sidewalks and parking areas.
Qualifications & Skills: Reliable vehicle and hand tools, valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record, experience in building maintenance, ability to follow instructions, basic computer skills, and interpersonal/customer service skills.
Requirements: Travel between sites is essential. Must have a truck/van, demonstrate community commitment, and provide proof of insurance.
