Job Summary: Assist delivery drivers with unloading, checking product quality, and delivering to customer locations.
Responsibilities: Unload and inspect products, ensure proper rotation and quality, assist with deliveries, communicate about incomplete orders, handle customer complaints professionally, and operate company equipment safely following safety protocols.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks. Strong communication skills, ability to perform basic arithmetic, and knowledge of delivery schedules.
Physical Demands: Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, with ability to climb on/off trucks, and perform bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
Work Environment: Cold warehouse, confined spaces, and extreme weather conditions.
Skills & Attributes: Ability to handle physical tasks, work in diverse environments, and maintain professionalism in customer interactions.
