Role Overview
Manage sales campaigns by scheduling appointments, conducting follow-ups, and providing quotes to generate new business.
Assess customer satisfaction through surveys, collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams, and identify opportunities for growth.
Assist with store merchandise, manage product requests, and support warehouse activities like shipping, receiving, and inventory.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure safety regulations are followed.
Identify leads, qualify prospects, and track campaign results. Provide backup for inbound customer service and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in outbound/inside sales or marketing preferred.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure and learn company systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong physical ability for movement, handling, and communication tasks.
