The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for driving lead flow of financial advisors to the recruiting team by prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining effective reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect financial advisors via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in meeting with recruiters
- Execute weekly prospecting campaigns based on news, territory, and leadership directions
- Qualify leads using independent judgment and present suitable prospects to Regional Directors
- Conduct approximately 100 outreach efforts daily through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Track KPIs and lead impact using Salesforce.com
- Develop industry knowledge to qualify for future opportunities
- Sales experience or relevant degree
- High energy, resilience, and ability to build rapport quickly
- Team-oriented, client-focused, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and understanding of finance/brokerage principles
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work in-office three days a week
