- Open and service accounts, support digital banking adoption, and process credit requests; refer complex needs to specialists.
- Drive growth through deposits, loans, investments, and fee income, collaborating with cross-functional teams for integrated service delivery.
- Build a client pipeline through outreach, appointments, and follow-up, while educating clients on digital tools and financial wellness.
