This role owns the end-to-end product development process—from ideation through launch—and partners cross-functionally to bring consumer-driven innovation to market with speed, quality, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines technical product development expertise with strong project management, innovation thinking, and operational leadership. Product Develop

• ment:Lead the full product lifecycle, including concept development, formulation, testing, packaging, claims validation, and commercializa
• tion.Manage product reformulations and improvements to meet evolving performance, regulatory, and brand stand
• ards.Serve as the primary lead for product development initiatives, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external part
• ners.Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, regulatory, and external vendors to successfully bring products to ma
• rket.Manage relationships with formulators, contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, testing partners, and other external development resou

Quali

• fications
  Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• required.5 years of product development experience within the beauty, haircare, personal care, or CPG
• industry.Experience developing and launching products from concept through commerci
• alization.Experience within textured haircare or multicultural beauty is strongly
• preferred.Strong understanding of formulation principles, ingredient functionality, and product testing
• protocols.Familiarity with domestic and international regulatory requirements, including FDA and EU

standards.
