JOB SUMMARY:The Community Services Intake Coordinator plays an essential role coordinating and managing the flow of clients into TVCCA's case management services and its other programs. This position provides universal intakes, assessments, and prepares clients for scheduled Case Management appointments with TVCCA Client Services Navigators.
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for contacting, tracking and scheduling all internal and external referrals coming into the Community Services Department, while also providing additional administrative supports to the team. This position must utilize TVCCA's TribeWare case management software along with Excel and other computer based systems to track and manage information. The position must establish a basic understanding of TVCCA and other community resources along with key agency concepts, including basic knowledge of Results Oriented Management Accountability, the Human Services Infrastructure service model, and TVCCA's Mission and Core Values.
Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associates Degree, or High School Diploma and five years related work experience.
Experience providing customer service to the public.
• Demonstrate a history of working with minimal supervision in a mature manner.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Access and Publisher).
• Strong communication skills, bi-lingual preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license and daily access to a reliable and insured motor vehicle.
