It is a busy retail environment. Understanding the scope of what we do will help the right person to anticipate what needs to be done. Details matter.
Answering phones, taking orders, and helping customers in store are a priority. Learning and Using POS and phone systems are essential. Keeping store, products, and displays clean, organized, and ready is a must. You must be able to take instructions, listen carefully and follow procedures. Helping to Clean and prepare work areas for the next day is required before leaving for the day.
An interest in Food, Wine and Travel can be an advantage.
