In this role, you will drive integration activities across complex biometric solutions, translating functional and technical requirements into deployable software configurations. You will assess integration feasibility, execute deployments at the system integration level, and prepare solutions for downstream application testing and customer delivery.

In this role, you play a critical role in ensuring that Thales’ biometric identification solutions -including fingerprint, facial recognition, and iris matching technologies—are securely and reliably deployed to support the digital identities of millions of users worldwide.

  • Contribute to the preparation of customer acceptance test plans and support acceptance testing activities as needed.
  • Support customer operations following deployment, including troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution during warranty and transition periods.
  • Lead or support the transition from implementation to support, ensuring solution supportability, completion of warranty checkpoints, and effective knowledge transfer to support teams.
  • Serve as third-level support for complex operational incidents, providing expert technical analysis in alignment with defined service level agreements.
  • Utilize and contribute to the effective use of IT tools and processes that support integration, deployment, maintenance, and customization of biometric solutions.
  • Manage multiple integration projects concurrently (typically two to three), balancing competing priorities and varying levels of complexity.
