The Manufacturing/Process Engineer I will be part of our operations engineering team, responsible for the design and maintenance of our product’s production process. Details:
- “Hands-on” Manufacturing Engineer for Network and Cyber Security Programs.
- Design/implement tools to manufacture program products
- Improve proficiency through automation.
- Able to manage, update, and enhance automation programs used in manufacturing.
- Develop comprehensive work instructions and process controls
- Generate and implement work area layouts
- Perform equipment setup and minor equipment repairs
- Train and monitor contractor’s proficiency
- Improve product quality and proficiency through continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot assembly issues
- Assist with product design decisions and changes
Qualification Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship REQUIRED
Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher in the fields of:
- Computer Technologies
- Manufacturing Technologies
- Engineering
- Experience in scripting (Python, Javascript, etc)
- Some experience in a manufacturing/IT environment.
- Experience with setting up Windows and Linux workstation.
- Network and Security knowledge is a plus
- Some familiarity with computer assembly
Skills:
- Ability to learn and communicate how to build a “product.”
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems including admin tools
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to develop verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Team player
