The mission of Thales Academy is to provide an excellent and affordable education for students in Pre-K to 12th grades through the use of Direct Instruction (K-5) and a Classical Curriculum (6-12) that embodies traditional values.

Responsibilities Include
- Delivering daily lessons as outlined by grade level teacher, including all core subjects and specials courses when needed
- Ensuring student safety and wellbeing; adhering to standard daily schedule and Thales Academy policies and standards
- Working closely with other teachers to ensure proper teaching methods are implemented and improved as needed
