We are seeking a dependable Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations. This role assists with food preparation, packing orders, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen to ensure smooth service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation (washing, cutting, and prepping ingredients)
- Pack dine-in, takeout, and online orders accurately and efficiently
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, sinks, floors, and storage areas
- Support cooks and chefs during service as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
- Take out trash and assist with opening and closing duties
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
