Responsibilities

• Deliver prepared food promptly from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Support the appetizer station by assisting with plating, garnishing, and organizing ingredients for quick service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen stations through efficient dishwashing practices.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling dishes, and restocking supplies at various stations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling procedures to maintain hygiene and quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing of food delivery and station readiness for smooth service flow.
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting dining areas promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience with banquet service, catering setups, or hotel kitchens is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
