Responsibilities
- Coordinate a team culture within the brand, bring a positive energy to the team environment
- Provide excellent hospitality to all guests
- Recruit, select and develop talented team members
- Oversee the food quality daily
- Placing orders within the food budget
- Comply with health dept standards
- Control costs at a store level
- Forecast sales and write schedules based on labor budgets
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. special offers and social media)
- Train new and current team members to provide outstanding guest service
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Skills
- Organized and detailed focus
- 2-year management experience
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations
- Computer knowledge
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Understanding financials (P&L)
