What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Server position at Thai Chefs Restaurant?
Thai Chefs Restaurant is a family-owned business located on Seco Canyon Road and Copper Hill Drive.
We are looking for organized, friendly, and proactive individuals to join our team! Waiter/Server experience preferred but not required.
Job's Description:
- Take customer orders and input in the POS system to notify kitchen staff
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
- Process customer payments
- Serve/pack food and beverages to customers
- Prepare service area supplies such as sauces, utensils, and napkins
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping/mopping floors, keeping the server station and bathroom area clean
- Perform opening and closing cashier reports at the beginning and end of every shift
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work 20 hours or more per week
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs
