Thai Bird is growing! We’re expanding to Castle Hills and looking for energetic, hospitality-minded Restaurant Team Members to join our team.
Thai Bird is a San Antonio-born restaurant built around bold Thai flavors, great people, genuine hospitality, and a whole lot of good energy. We’re looking for team members who enjoy working with people, take pride in what they do, and want to be part of a growing restaurant brand.
What You’ll Do
As a Thai Bird Team Member, you’ll help create an exceptional guest experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Provide genuine, attentive hospitality and great customer service
- Take orders accurately and help guests navigate the menu
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Thai Bird standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
- Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Support opening, closing, prep, and daily restaurant tasks
- Represent the Thai Bird brand with professionalism, energy, and a great attitude
