We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Trade Floor Support Specialist to join a fast-paced IT environment. This role will provide hands-on technical support for Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, conference rooms, endpoint management, and business-critical applications within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier technical support via phone, email, and in person, troubleshooting and resolving escalated hardware, software, Windows, and connectivity issues.
- Administer and support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts, groups, permissions, and identity/access management.
- Deploy and maintain Windows images, software, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and endpoint configurations.
- Troubleshoot and support financial services applications, including Bloomberg Terminal, Bloomberg add-ins, and Citrix Workspace.
- Support conference room technology, including video conferencing, displays, audio equipment, and devices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or technical support, preferably within financial services or another fast-paced professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and desktop hardware.
- Experience troubleshooting Bloomberg, Citrix Workspace, conference room technology, and/ or other business-critical applications.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
