RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE - BARTON PERREIRA

Location: Aspen, Colorado

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand.
• Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Meet individual and store sales targets and goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the end result of improving sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction.
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PROFILE

1 years of Sales experience (eyewear, jewelry, fashion a plus).

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all partners and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for eyewear and quality design.
• Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal and external).
• Has a flexible schedule as occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
• An optician license or certification is preferred, but not required.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $50,000-75,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
