The Controls Project Manager – Retrofit will manage and deliver controls retrofit projects and act as a subject matter expert for other PrMCs during Controls Retrofit Kickoffs and Project reviews. The role will own, retrofit strategy, standards, risk mitigation, and future departmental retrofit growth, ensuring all activities follow the TGW PrMC project process and governance requirements.

What you’ll be handling
- Manage controls retrofit projects as GPM/PrMC, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Coordinate controls engineering resources and develop integrated project schedules aligned with PrMC stage-gates.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and commercial risks; support formal change control evaluation.
- Review retrofit scopes, concepts, and designs for feasibility and compliance with TGW standards.
- Contribute to retrofit strategy, standards, templates, and repeatable processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise on legacy systems, integration risks, and commissioning challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Five (5) to Seven (7), or more, years of experience in project management, preferably in a material-handling, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of electronic, electrical, and automation engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, for both internal and customer audiences.
- Demonstrated experience working on full design-to-production project lifecycles.
- Passionate for team-based planning, problem-solving, and wholehearted commitment to building strong partnerships to support project goals.
