Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines using Houzz.
- Oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Tracking and reporting project progress via Houzz; communicating updates clearly to the team.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
- Actively work on job sites to support crews and ensure projects are progressing according to plan.
- Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery and avoid project delays.
- Maintain and manage employee schedules, ensuring crews are properly assigned and present at the correct job sites.
- Lead and enforce job site safety practices, including conducting regular safety meetings.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Previous project management experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of project management principles including scope management, time management, and cost control.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building processes.
- Familiarity with permitting processes, inspections, and local building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to be hands-on and out in the field as necessary.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
- Tech-savvy, or able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, software, and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in interior and exterior residential construction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
