Job Summary
We are a growing General Contractor seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive project success from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines using Houzz.
  • Oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Tracking and reporting project progress via Houzz; communicating updates clearly to the team.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
  • Actively work on job sites to support crews and ensure projects are progressing according to plan.
  • Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery and avoid project delays.
  • Maintain and manage employee schedules, ensuring crews are properly assigned and present at the correct job sites.
  • Lead and enforce job site safety practices, including conducting regular safety meetings.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Previous project management experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles including scope management, time management, and cost control.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building processes.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes, inspections, and local building codes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and out in the field as necessary.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.
  • Tech-savvy, or able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, software, and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in interior and exterior residential construction.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
