The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, defining business requirements, and optimizing business processes. The role involves Salesforce.com administration, gathering and analyzing data, and ensuring that the Salesforce platform meets the organization's needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing digital strategies, fostering innovation in the global agriculture team, and collaborating with our core customers to integrate cutting-edge digital solutions.
- The Business Analyst will also be responsible for supporting across global team, defining and implementing the best digital standard around the globe, implementing the right KPI’s to measure and review the action plans.
- This Analyst will also support the Digital Manager with integrating to the start-ups world and seeking for new technologies that has synergies with our market and anticipating the digital tendency for global irrigation.
- Translating Ag Business digital requests into technical requirements to enable development.
- Monitor and track digital development timelines.
- Support systems implementation, process improvements and tools development for global agriculture.
- Lead CRM & Order Entry Applications – Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud Marketing Digital Automation enablement- Marketing Cloud.
- Drive integrations with various internal and external applications.
- Support the implementation of new digital technologies with our core customers.
- Support global product manager on the communication and strategy though our websites, social media, etc.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather insights into user behavior, product and application performance.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital applications.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee technical training and development of the team to provide tools and processes for excellent service.
- Support the change management process and communication for Dealer Enablement culture.
- Support the Agile culture deployment in the Dealer digital org.
- Experience in Salesforce.com Administration
- Strong Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering skills
- Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions
- Experience in optimizing Business Processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with various Salesforce Clouds - Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Digital Automation enablement etc.
- Ability to work on-site in Omaha, NE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Certification in Salesforce is a plus
- Previous experience in commercial, supply chain/operations and technology is a plus
