Pay & Benefits
- $21–26 per hour, based on experience

- $500 Signing Bonus (after 90 days)

Responsibilities
- Drive a company Isuzu lawn maintenance truck
- Lead and work alongside a lawn maintenance crew
- Mow, string trim, edge, blow, and maintain landscape beds
- Ensure each property is completed efficiently with attention to detail
- Help train and encourage crew members
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Keep equipment and vehicles clean and organized
- Report equipment or property concerns to management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
- Experience operating commercial lawn equipment preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
