Summary: Supply Coordinator is responsible for shipping, receiving, organizing and maintaining all supplies in the warehouse.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Maintain all toner in the warehouse, including pick and pack toner shipments to various customers and locations across the company.
• Place Drop Ship orders using our Po Processor Program
• Receive stock orders into warehouse without damage. Note and report any damage present to prevent loss to the company.
• Frequently assess inventory to ensure proper and accurate levels, to deliver the best possible customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
• Efficiently process special requested items, including ordering, receiving, transferring and distributing items.
• Accurately and efficiently update orders in our database (E-Auto).
• Effectively communicate with various departments regarding orders and shipments.
• Accurately perform stock counts.
• Track shipments using UPS.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: warehouse/logistics, particularly in a picking/packing or shipping/receiving role. Industry experience is a plus but is not required.
• Some lifting, bending, and reaching is required.
• Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possess a “can do” attitude, with a desire and ability to learn, as well as pride in a job well done.
• Strong attention to detail, able to record accurate data quickly and efficiently.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel and Word), generally computer literate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:30 AM- 4 PM OR 8 AM- 4:30 PM)
