The main responsibilities include preparing and cooking food in a specific station.
BROIL/GRILL station cook must be able to temp burgers and steak. Station includes cooking Burgers, Steaks, Salmon, Chicken and Ribs. On busier nights two people will work this station.
Fry station
Using fryers, Cleaning fryers, Cooking food to proper temperatures. Using a timer to properly cook items.

- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooks food items by grilling and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces throughout the shift
- Maintains and understands the importance of reheating, cooking, holding and cooling food at correct temperatures to follow health department standards
- Opens or closes the line station

- OPENER: Open the restaurant following health department standards. Prep food according to prep list manager gives you. Lunch shift prepare meals for guests. When shift is over make sure station is restocked and ready to go for dinner shift.
- CLOSER: Make sure your station is setup for execution. At night you will prepare meals on station in a timely manner.

EXAMPLE:
o Food PROPERLY LABELED & store, FLIP pans (no edges with food residue)
o Counters, Drawers, Reach-in, Microwave, Bump Bars cleaned and wiped down thoroughly
o Station RESTOCKED

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
