💼 What You'll Do:
- Engage commercial clients (e.g., large printers, retailers, packaging companies)
- Build and manage long-term relationships with national accounts
- Cold calling (approx. 40%) and following up on leads via ZoomInfo and Seamless
- Close 6–10 deals per month with long sales cycles (3 months to 1 year)
- Typical deal size ranges from $15K–$20K GP up to multi-million-dollar opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to set realistic, personalized sales goals
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline (we provide some leads, but initiative is key)
🏆 What Success Looks Like:
- Top reps earning $30K/month in commission (long-term success stories)
- Minimum performers consistently earning $3K/month
✅ Must-Haves:
- 5 years in the recycling industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience selling to companies in the recycled paper, plastic, or metal industries
- Strong understanding of the recycling market
- Experience managing national accounts
- Existing book of business preferred
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and strategic selling
- Familiar with ZoomInfo and Seamless
