WhatYoullDo/KeyResponsibilities:
- Maintainandsupportthegeneralledgerandjournalentries,ensuringaccuracyandcompleteness.
- Performdailyaccountingtaskswithdebits/creditsandreconciliationstosupportmonthend,quarterend,andyearendclose.
- Supportfinancialcloseprocesses,includingaccountanalysisanddocumentation.
- Collaboratewiththebroaderaccountingteam(AR,AP,AssistantController)toimproveprocessesandcontrols.
- WorkwithERPandExceltotrack,analyze,andreportfinancialdata.
- Contributetodocumentationandrefinementofaccountingproceduresastheteamevolves.
- Provideinsightsandassistancethathelpimprovefinancialreportingandoperationaltransparency.

ExperiencewithanERPsystem(experienceinMacolaisabonus,butnotrequired)
